Using Aspirin for a Drug Test

“I’ve heard that taking aspirins before drug tests as a screen for passing…”
Does aspirin help you pass a drug test? No. Aspirin will never be a means of passing any drug test.
It might have worked 30 years ago but things have changed greatly in drug testing. The tests are drug and drug metabolite specific. Because aspirin is chemically and structurally different after metabolized from the drugs being tested for, it will under most circumstances not affect the results.
