The test is for DOT and it may be observed. I have to take it this coming Thursday and I know I will be dirty. What is the level of nanograms they check for and what is the exact temperature they will be looking for? Also I will be getting someone else’s pee and putting it in a condomn and then coming back to my house to heat it up in the microwave, will this work? How long should it be in the micro? The lab is about three miles away from my house and then I may sit for about 10-15 minutes cause you know how they are.

50 ng/ml. The temp should be between 97 and 100 degrees. It should be right around you body temperature. Do NOT heat the sample past 100 degrees. You could attach the sample on the inner part of your leg for a few hours to regulate the temp. to your body temp. Oh yeah- make sure that if you get urine from someone else that they are the same gender!
